Operation Zeitgeist-Solving Kashmir without bullets

Spent the Evening thinking about how the Kashmir Issue could be solved without a lot of Violence. Chanakya has said there are only four ways to solve any  problem Saam, Daam, Dand and Bhedh. We've tried Saam and Dand but Daam remains unused i've tried to think how the increasing economic growth of India could completely turn the Discource of Kashmir to the benefir of India. This is not a detailed analysis but a series of bullet points on how things could move between 2030-2050 when India truly becomes an economic Behemoth.

KASHMIR HOW IT COULD BE SOLVED 2030-2050

1.       By 2030 India is projected hit an Annual GDP of 10.13$Tr (Nominal), in comparison Pakistan should only have a GDP of 500-600$bil.
2.       Given the Huge economic disparity Pakistan will have to spend a massive 42% of its entire GDP in Matching India on Defence Spending (considering that defence spending remains at 2.5% of gdp India’s Defence budget should be a massive 250$bil).
3.       India should at that time(2030-35) find it comparatively easy to buy/fund Politicians & Generals in Pakistan who can use the economic disparity as a rallying call for ordinary Pakistanis to give up the Kashmir cause and focus on economic relations with India.
4.       Separatist leaders in Kashmir should find themselves increasingly isolated as the Pakistani establishment simply fails to match Indian Investment into stopping the flow of men and money into Kashmir.
5.       China should stay way considering the massive trade it should share with India at that time.
6.       India should be able to fund Indian Islamic charities (2030-2050) that will be able to work at the grassroots in Kashmir to change the mindset of many people.
7.       With Increased funding for Security forces bringing in better riot control & counter terror gear 92030 onwards)the separatists should realize they can’t win.
8.       Simultaneously Pakistani Politicians funded covertly by India should be able to slowly (2035-2050) shift the discourse on Kashmir away from Azadi.
9.       By 2050 India should be able to change the discourse inside Kashmir enough to totally force the separatist factions into surrender.
10.    So much of Pakistan’s parliament & General Staff should be funded by India at that time as to totally give up on Kashmir.
